IgA Immunodeficiency

Yet another diagnosis!

It does appear this is one she inherited from me, though I haven't been tested yet. It is common that women whom suffer recurrent mastitis are IgA immunodeficient. I am not too worried about this diagnosis, it does mean this poor little girl will have her battles with ear infections (already had 6) and sinus infections (already had 2) and stomach problems (twice hospitalized). Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done.
